Genelec Comp RESULTS!

Thanks to everyone who entered the Genelec Sponsored Competition. It was very difficult to judge because of the quality of entries and variety of genres but we’re happy to announce the winners as follows:

1. Isolated Ground Receptacle
2. Krystalline
3. James Oakwood

The winner will be receiving a pair of Genelec 6010A speakers and there are some merchandise goodies on the way to the runners up.

There was no short list for the Top 3 tracks, the list of potential tracks was pretty long and the decision for 1st place changed a number of times. In the end, the winner was chosen based on a combination of song writing, production values, how well the track fit the ‘underground’ theme, feedback (comms/rates etc) and last but not least the judges personal enjoyment/opinion.
