Default Dudes....

In my opinion if ya get a chance to go for cubase4 (or even 5) then go for it. As i said earlier it's got some great synths. OK I'm not up there with the modern stuff and jargon but if ya wanna take a listen to my trak "Waitin" it's all done with cubase synths in cubase4. No real instruments at all (unlike most me other stuff).

I'm not trying to pimp me music despite it seemin this way - I did that track shortly after getting C4 and was astounded with the depth of sounds you could muster.

I'm a big fan of Cubase

Like i say it's not a track i'm pushing other than to highlight the use of C4.

Andy aka etc...

One thing I've heard though is that C4 is hugely CPU intensive... wonder if that was sorted out for version 5? I always like to wait for the big update to come out for anything like this though - usually fixes all of the bugs and makes the necessary changes as per popular demand.

Most underestimated Cubase plugin = Magneto IMO

I'm still new to cubase i can just about rewire it with reason and i can use the midi channels for vsti's but i still haven't figured out how to record raw audio from my keyboard or mic?...i know its a really easy question but i'm a cubase retard
