There are some sounds that get on the nerves even tho the tune they're used on might be fine.....that thing rolf harris started us all on when we were kids....something electronic, cant remember the name.....a band i support used one recently and the sound still put my teeth on edge. but on the whole, a good tune will shine no matter what ya play it on...I think u recently used an instrument that some didnt like, Degs...but even with it, I thought the track was great. Bagpipes are something i hate but its that effing drone that perpetuates more than the tune itself....

Dawn: stylophone
Deggsy: although I sing and play guitar and other stuff, I still use synths etc.

The instrument you're talking about is a Stylophone: ![]() They are gggrrrrreat! I'll have nothing bad said about Rolf's 'Organ In Your Pocket'. I have one myself, and used it extensively within my song 'Hit Parade'. Bagpipes?... hmm... interesting..... I wonder......... Last edited by Ffabbia; 20-01-2012 at 11:53 AM..
