The more I follow Stephen Ridley ...'The Pianist' that I stumbled across in Camden I am more and more inspired by him....this is his favourite vid that he posted up on Facebook......I love it

Wow now that was terrific... If only a speech could cure me of my weaknesses, irrational intolerances, my search for that quick buck to improve my lot... Wouldnt it be fabulous to live in such a world but I for one have not a clue where to start. My instincts say start with what You know and Those You love but in doing so I`m confirming the prophecy that all Humans desire the best for themselves over others...I admit it, I`m a failure...I'd love to hear from someone who isnt!

Still a fabulous vid and one I shall come back too

lol Ant....yes we are enslaved to the system.....in the other vid I posted up 'The Awakening'....they reckon that should 'the system' suddenly come to a complete holt....it would only take three days for the shops to be empty of food. Now thats a scary thought not many people would survive. As for being perfect...it's not about that...it's just about changing your thoughts and attitude. Thinking about others whom aren't your loved ones or friends...treat others as you would wish to be treated. It's about the power of the mind and the concept that our thoughts and actions create the energy that in turn creates our world...our atmosphere. I have often said that the media poison our minds with negativity...it has become worse over recent years. It's about listening to your inner voice and doing whats right in your heart!

as for being down with the kids.....is that such a bad thing?? maybe if there wasn't such a divide we might not be experiencing the problems that we have today with youths. It's the youths who get all the crap...they get the blame for everything which I think is disgusting quite frankly....afterall we shaped their worlds!! .

...Excellent thread this one Saph it really provokes thought but I still maintain Humans are beasts of opportunity and its in our DNA to be selfish and self serving. Dare I suggest that even loving our children and caring for others is done out of the need to feel a sense of worth and also desire to be loved in return, albeit all subconscious and automatic.

I disagree that it is in our DNA to be selfish and self-serving. I agree that it is in our DNA to survive, so maybe that could be considered as selfish but it is far more complex than that. It's about evolution and progression of said DNA. We have negative and positive energy in the world, we are free to choose which energy we prefer to be drawn to, and it's the combination of these energies that makes the world go round. However I believe that as humans we have the capacity to go beyond this world into something far more incomprehendable. I think that is what aliens could possibly be, ancestors of earth, a species that found the knowledge and progessed onto a higher plane. The Egyptians were very mysterious and I believe that they unlocked the knowledge. Anyway going into one now lol......but I know what your saying Ant....the damage has already been done.....but has it.....Even just thinking nice thoughts could perhaps change the energies in this world and balance it out more, the more minds that think positive ...the more positive energy would be drawn in.

That is my theory anyway....everyone is free to think and feel how they choose, just maybe think of the bigger picture though when making your plans.........
