How are you? I am touching base to see if we can put this contract in motion. I am confident I can sell some records for you. Do not get me wrong we are a small label I will not be able to sell 3 million but I would say we can move twenty thousand units. This is a very realistic number. And I do understand getting your music on itunes and others is very easy most artist do this them selves. it is the same thing getting 1000 cd's made they just sit there without promotion. I will sell them, the key to selling any significant amount of records is promotion. We utilize some very good promotion outlets and we are successful. We will also secure other things such as endorsements.

I also understand there may be skepticism. This is always the case in the music business. Some people assume since we ask for a fee we are not legitimate. This is not the case and we would like for you to check us at with the better business bureau. In our history we have had only 2 complaints, that were resolved in our favor.

We also use other safeguards such as paypal. Our company is verified and we have been using paypal since we opened our doors. We Also use paypal to pay out all of the royalty payments.

So please let me reiterate. Yes we require a fee, but we will sell your records. We have artist selling very well. We have artist that were in the same position as you and wondering what they should do. Just feel free to ask artist like Jacey or Thief Da High Priest. They are making money they never thought possible. So if you would please let me know your position, we would like to have a deal wrapped up this week.

Hello, how are you? I hope you are doing well. I am following up to see if we can secure a deal with you. I would like to make you a second offer that may be more appealing to you. This offer is similar but we will also give you retail ready CD's. The first 100 CD's we give you will be royalty free. If you sell them for 10 dollars, you can make $1000.00. We will not collect royalties until the second batch is sold. The CD's are retail ready bar coded with soundscan. Everything else will remain the same we will focus on the online sales aspect. And we will move a significant amount of units for you.

Again I know there is skepticism or you would be signed with us already. So please do me a favor make sure you have a lawyer review and make any changes deemed necessary. Also please speak with some of our artist. Please feel free to contact Jacey, he is our number one seller or Thief Da High Priest he is on of the hardest working artist on the label. He recently lost his job and with us releasing his record he is able to live nicely and pay his bill's. Without having a day job.

Do not get me wrong we are not big like Interscope and we are not going to sell 20 million records, but we can sell 20 thousand or more. Even if we only sold 20 thousand you would generate 80 thousand in sales from your royalties.

I say this again, very slowly so those who may almost be swayed by those lovely emails might be weakening. Take a look at Deka Records artists, they are ugly desperate individuals who have taken the Vanity Press route to 'releasing records'. What's a record these days? Please get someone to pinch you very hard on the buttocks, do not give anybody money to do what you can do yourself. You are not going to make any money from your music or your ugly unappealing faces. Get a fking job you sad miserable embarrassing Deka cts.

I was wondering what the problem was until I got to the part where they required a fee. That's what always stops me from continuing. Keyword for a scam!
