Just got screwed $99

OK so I'm on what I assume to be a trusted website.. Been a member there for a couple years.. I see this ad (I don't usually click ads, but it seems interesting) and I click it out of pure curiosity. Well, it looks legit and seems free to sign up.. So I run through the process.. At the end of signup, it says, "Thank you for your purchase" and "enjoy your new membership".. I'm like, wtf? Says they charged me $99 for a subsciption. So I went back to the original links, filled out phoney info and not once did it say they were going to charge me $99 upon signup. I did some furter research and found out that this website is under investigation for fraud. I emailed them.. No reply.. Guess I'll be contacting a lawer now.. Oh what has this world come to??

*In case you are wondering, the name of the website is SaveBig.com.. Similar to some other websites I've seen before, but it's supposed to offer a freebie account, but in reality, they charge you without your consent.. I am soooooooooo pissed!!

I figured they needed that for future purchases as the other websites did before, so yeah.. I kinda did.. Baaaaad mistake! Guess I shouldn't be online when I'm half asleep with no concentration!

Actually they do have a free account, I'm registered, no credit information asked for except to take out a package deal which I simply moved away from, gotta watch out for those scams dude.

Finally got in contact via email and a direct phone call (cuz I'm good like that lol).. They refunding my money as they say, but "it'll take about 10 days to hit your account". Soo... 10 minutes to take it out, and 10 days to put it back in? I got my lawers ready if they lie, but legally I gotta' wait those long 10 days. If I still don't have a refund, I go to my bank with the proof that they took it out illegally (which they did and even admitted to), and the bank will "refund it for me".. Basically, charge them the amount they charged me.. Sooo.. I'll be pullin' a fast one on them.. heh hehh.. Definitely a lesson learned though.. I didn't think I was that dumb to go along with all that, but that's what less than two hours sleep at 4am does to me..

After you register the first page, it brings up a second page that has the info. It is lost within all of the items and other info... it says:

165 bid total $99 total

But the thing that is a fraud is inside of a little box next to "Premium account" it has already been marked by them with NO WAY to unmark it.

I hope they get taken down - so that means they'll probably make it big!

No actually, the page I clicked on was completely different than just going straight to the main page.. I have screenshots of it on my computer in case they said it said that too.. There is absolutely nothing that states they're going to charge you money for signing up..

Lawyers? For $99? It'll cost you thousands if you use those robbing bastards! At least you were screwed up front, lawyers will take you up the rear as well!
