But to answer your other question Mr Cameron can do the above because 1) he has absolutely zero concept of reality, and 2) he is the 'human' (label used in loosest-possible manner) equivalent of a large, rancid, steaming turd, given arms, legs and the ability to make vocalisations.

This has got to be the best response in a long time short sweet and to the point, clearly produced after a lot of straining and valsalva - cheers Ffabia! I feel much better now.
