Reminds me of Kate Bush in places.....not a bad thing that. Heathcliff was one of my faves back when....
Only thing I don't like really is the middle-eastern wailing parts (or maybe far-east, not sure. I can see why she appeals to u Essie....very powerful urban edge to her voice

Erm it's Saphy that posted this up not Essie
 ....but did actually remind me of Essence in parts. I just like the fact that she is different and spiritual and I actually like the wailing parts lol...think it has derived from her love of Tibetan Opera. Anyways I love 'Can't Leave You' ...

Essie should take that as a compliment then LOL....sorry I got u 2 mixed up, put it down to my age.....got a sick bday tomorrow...and thats all i will say on that subject
