Can't Upload Tracks (The Redux)

Been tryin for weeks, won't let me, gives Error #2038 each time, tried different Encoding/Bitrate and shit like that, used different browsers, still won't work...

Some other users, lexuskywalker and Pete Vines, have reported uploading problems.

Amadeus's advice was:

Have you tried updating your browsers and OS? It could be something simple like that or it could be a matter of clearing your cache.
Let me know if you are still encountering the problem and/or if the problem is resolved after trying the above.

Could it be a modem or internet connection prob? I'll look into the root cause of a 2038 Error Message and let you know.
