How to set up recommended artist

I can't see how to set up a recommended artist. I had done this in the past, but I don't remember what I did, and I can't see now how to do it.

Hi Jack,

If you wish to recommend an artist, go to their artist page.

Near the top there is a black bar with the artists name (usually in white and blue). On the right hand side of that bar, there is a button to "E-mail" the artist, and one to "Recommend" them.

Just click the recommend button and Bob's yer uncle.
